Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our team at Ascentech Services Ltd. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers, identifying selling possibilities, and evaluating customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers;
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases;
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities;
- Negotiating and closing deals, and handling complaints or objections;
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results;
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams;
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products and maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related field is preferred;
- Proven experience as a sales officer or relevant role;
- Proficiency in English;
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques;
- Fast learner with a passion for sales;
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
