Job Description: We are looking for a strategic leader to drive business growth and expansion through franchise development, partnership cultivation, and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Sales and Investment Management: Manage new and existing leads to strategically drive the sales of franchises and distributorships.
  • Investor Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with investors, providing continuous updates on franchise and distributorship opportunities.
  • Broker Recruitment and Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard brokers to actively promote franchise sales.
  • Brand Protection and Standards: Maintain brand protection standards and ensure consistency with the company's overall strategic objectives.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive innovation in franchise investment promotions and operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated high-level analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Possession of an MBA or relevant master's degree.
