About the Role

HT Limited is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos. This role presents an excellent opportunity to establish a successful sales career in the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in local areas to identify potential customers and promote HT Limited's farm products.
  • Share information about our products and their benefits with potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Keep track of customer interactions and follow-up actions in a simple reporting system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • OND in any relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Aggressiveness, persistence, resiliency and commitment to providing the best customer service.
  • Able to establish rapport and build credibility via excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
