**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Nigeria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving land and property sales to high-network-worth investors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive land and property sales to target high-network-worth investors.
- Build strong client relationships and close high-value deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
- Proven track record in closing high-value deals.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
**Remuneration:** Competitive remuneration package with a monthly salary range of 450,000-500,000.
