**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Nigeria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving land and property sales to high-network-worth investors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive land and property sales to target high-network-worth investors.
  • Build strong client relationships and close high-value deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
  • Proven track record in closing high-value deals.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

**Remuneration:** Competitive remuneration package with a monthly salary range of 450,000-500,000.
