Responsibilities:

  • Nurture relationships with investment professionals and non-professionals to establish a robust client base and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop tailored financial plans for prospects, leveraging market insights and industry expertise.
  • Educate clients on the importance of insurance as a vital tool for safeguarding family and asset protection.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing for strategic decision-making and swift resolution of complex issues.
  • Able to quickly absorb new knowledge and apply it in practical settings.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration and building strong relationships within the organization and with external partners.
  • Effective negotiation skills, helping to secure mutually beneficial agreements and drive business growth.
  • Possess a minimum educational qualification of NCE, OND, HND, BSc, or MSc in any discipline.
