Sales Business Development Officer

SwiftConsulting seeks a Sales Business Development Officer to identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction, utilizing excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, and meeting and exceeding sales quotas by consistently closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Previous experience in the FMCG sector is compulsory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Result-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Practical knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record customers' interactions and sales activities.
• Keen interest in conducting research to understand customers' needs and industry trends.
• A passion for building and nurturing relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth.
